Founded in 2008 by Garrett Green on Caroline Street. Now on Frederick Street with a full multi-disciplinary team — the kind of bench you'd hire one practitioner at a time, except they're already working together.

Personal Training
Five trainers on the floor, each with their own focus — strength, mobility, post-rehab, weight loss, sport-specific. Garrett Green (B.S., NASM) has been on the floor since the doors opened in 2008.

Group Training
Small-group classes throughout the week — yoga and pilates anchored in the studio's group room, plus group-strength sessions led by trainers from the personal-training team.
Chiropractic Care
Hands-on, drug-free chiropractic in the same building as your training. Gentle, effective technique designed to keep you moving between sessions and out of the surgery line.

Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage from licensed therapists who work alongside the trainers and chiropractors. Recovery isn't an extra — it's part of the program.
Stretching
Assisted stretching sessions for mobility, range of motion, and the kind of tightness that talking yourself into yoga class can't quite solve.
Six days a week.
Early.
The doors open at 5 AM Monday through Saturday — early enough for the before-work crowd, open through dinner for everyone else. Sessions and classes are scheduled directly with each practitioner.

Personal training, chiropractic, and massage are booked by appointment. Group classes (yoga, pilates) follow the studio's weekly schedule — call or text and the desk will get you on the list.
